Consumir bebidas azucaradas como la Coca-Cola es uno de los hábitos alimenticios favoritos de la sociedad y uno de los mas dañinos. Pero ¿Qué efectos tienen en nuestro cuerpo y en nuestra salud este tipo de productos?, ¿Cuánto nos afecta tomar productos como Coca-Cola ,Pepsi o cualquier tipo de refresco?
Recientemente la Organización Mundial para la Salud presento el ‘Código contra el Cáncer’, que incluye 12 recomendaciones para prevenir la enfermedad, entre ellas la reducción del consumo de bebidas azucaradas (Refrescos). Pero ¿por qué este producto es tan peligroso para nuestra salud?
A continuación te presentaremos Cuatro efectos negativos que provocan las bebidas azucaradas como la Coca-cola según estudios realizados:
1- PROVOCA AUMENTO DE PESO
El consumo regular de bebidas con alto contenido de azúcar, especialmente las carbonatadas, evidente mente esto conlleva a un aumento significativo de peso.
Cada lata de 330 mililitros tiene cerca de 39 gramos de azúcar, lo que equivale aproximadamente a 10 terrones.La razón de que consumir Coca-Cola nos haga aumentar de peso es que en cada lata de este refresco hay demasiado azúcar, pero al beberlo, no llenamos lo suficiente nuestro estómago ni saciamos nuestra sed, y seguimos teniendo hambre y sed.
